Where is this store located?
- This little store is based in Singapore and I ship worldwide!
Can I make payment through paynow/paylah/bank transfers? (singapore orders)
- Yes, you may! Feel free to drop me a dm with a screenshot of your cart, to instagram @chamjam_ or email me at email@example.com
When will my order arrive?
- All orders will take 3-5 days to be processed.
- Local orders will take 3-7 days to reach you after it's mailed.
- International orders will take 2-4 weeks to reach you after it's mailed. (do expect some delays!) *Highly recommended to select tracked shipping to prevent lost mails.
*Only flat items have the option to come untracked (prints and stickers only!) and do note that I am not responsible for lost package once it leaves the post office.
Do you ship to EU, UK?
- Yes I ship to Europe, however any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility. I will not collect nor remit VAT, so it will be collected by your country's customs office upon the packages arrival.

Why was my order cancelled?
- You may recieve an email from me notifying you that wrong shipping method was selected. If there is no reply to that email, your order will automatically be cancelled within 2 days.
Can I make a refund / exchange / return?
- Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or delivered to the wrong addresses, and do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any issues with you order, do email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will try my best to help you!
